Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Kodexius processes personal data when you use the site.
Data We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and credentials. We may also collect technical data such as device information, IP address, and usage events to keep the service secure and reliable. First-party product analytics records the page category, a coarse device class, the referring host, an anonymous session identifier, and which steps of the product a visit reaches (for example opening the sign-up form, being shown an offer of a paid plan and following it to the plans, being shown how to add the site to the home screen and opening it, installing the app, placing a drawing, turning on an indicator, creating an alert or a share link, or saving a layout). A step that uses a built-in tool is recorded once per visit with the plain name of that tool, such as the type of drawing, the indicator from the library or the kind of alert. Whether a page was used at all is recorded too: the first press, key or scroll on a page is noted once for that page of the visit, without which one it was, where on the page it happened or what was typed. When a link carries campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign or ref) made of short plain words, those tags are kept with the first page view of the visit. That page view also records the language of the browser, only the first part of its language tag (such as en or tr), and whether it prefers light or dark colors. When the first page of a visit is the page of a market, its page view also records the ticker of that market (such as btcusdt), which is how the markets that visits begin on are counted. Other query strings, form contents, private script source, the names, symbols and prices of your own scripts, layouts and alerts, and full referring URLs are not included in those product events. Visits from browsers that report being automated are marked so they can be left out of the statistics.
How We Use Data
We use data to provide the service, authenticate users, prevent abuse, and improve performance and reliability. Administrative audit records help investigate account and content changes; billing activity is used to operate subscriptions, reconcile provider events, and diagnose failed payment flows.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with service providers strictly to operate the platform, comply with law, or protect the service.
Retention
We retain data as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or security obligations. When an account is deleted, its profile and what it created are removed: published scripts and ideas, comments, saved layouts, watchlists, alerts, scans and settings. Every session of the account is ended. Records of usage, security checks and administration that mention the account stay, without the link to it. An administrator account, and an account with billing records or moderation records, cannot be deleted by its owner; the records of such an account are kept.
Your Choices
On the account page you can change the email address of your account, which takes effect once it is confirmed by email, and you can delete the account. Both ask for your password. You can also request access, correction, or deletion of your account data where applicable.
